We have 4 new Studio Lodges at Loch Lomond Waterfront on the West Highland Way. Sleeping 2 guests sharing or separately with use of a comfortable sofa bed, these lodges will offer modern amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen living room, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Each kitchen enjoys loch views and is equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob and fridge with a freezer compartment. Plus, you can relax with a nice cuppa with your own kettle, tea, coffee, milk, and locally made shortbread.
Set on our private holiday resort in Balmaha, by Conic Hill. Step outside to take in stunning views of Loch Lomond with a private beach for wild swimming or boating. Here, you can enjoy the great outdoors, with opportunities for hiking, cycling and water activities right on your doorstep. So whether you’re enjoying a romantic getaway, a family retreat or a solo escape, our Studio Lodges will provide a haven in which to unwind and reconnect with nature.
Our studio accommodation comes with linen and towels, as well as locally handmade eco soap, shower and hair gel, and two toilet rolls in the bathroom. And just to make life even easier, eco-friendly washing-up liquid and detergents are also included.
Dog-friendly or pet-friendly holiday options
Our Studio Lodges are all named after Scottish trees. Choose from Birch (dog-friendly), Ash (dog-friendly), Hazel or Willow. Please note that our Studio Lodges do not have hot tubs. Further, our NHS & Services discount does not apply. If you’re interested in a hot tub holiday, please see our lodges and chalets.<
Dine al fresco
Each of our luxury Studio Lodges enjoys its own private outdoor seating area for your relaxation. Enjoy the great outdoors or dine al fresco with views of Loch Lomond. Plus, if you head down to our private beach you can enjoy access to picnic tables and our beach firepit to relax and while the evening away.

Ideal for short breaks and walking holidays sleeping up to two guests in a double bedroom or optional lounge sofa bed for those who don’t wish to share. Two Studios are pet-friendly. Looking to spread the costs?
Are you looking to spread the cost of your holiday? If so then you may be interested in our flexible ‘Holiday Payment Plan’. Here, you can pay a deposit of £100 upon booking. Then you can pay monthly instalments to pay off the rest of the balance up to 56 days before your holiday. We want to make things as stress-free as possible for you. So if you want to book one of our luxury lodges and want to spread the costs, this is ideal for you.
How to set my payment plan up…
As said, we will take an initial £100 deposit, then monthly instalments. When booking online all you need to do is enter HOLIDAY PAYMENT PLAN into the comments box.
